Our unique structure and philosophy contributes to our mission. CINCO is owned by the members who hold accounts here. An annual election is held, in which members elect a board of directors. The board of directors are strictly volunteers and are not paid for their time. The board's responsibilities include setting policies and making decisions on behalf of the credit union. This democratic structure gives each member a vote, regardless of the size of his or her account.
By deciding to join the membership of CINCO, you are becoming part of a financial family organized in 1936 right here in Cincinnati. Once you join CINCO, the rest of your family is automatically eligible for membership so everyone can enjoy our great products and services.
And because part of our mission is to deliver excellent service, we respond to the financial needs of our members quickly and creatively because members ARE the Credit Union.
