PRIVACY POLICY 

CINCO is committed to making available financial products and services that will assist members in meeting their financial needs and reaching their financial goals.  We at CINCO will make it a high priority to protect member personal information and use it in a manner consistent with member expectations. 

To ensure that members can rely upon the quality of products and services CINCO makes available, CINCO adheres to the following privacy policy: 

·  To respect the privacy of our members and to protect the security and confidentiality of our members' nonpublic personal information. Nonpublic personal information includes information provided by members;  information about members' transactions with CINCO or its affiliates; information about members' transactions with nonaffiliated third parties; and information provided by a consumer reporting agency.  CINCO will only collect the personal information that is necessary to conduct our business of providing competitive financial products and services and reserves the right to disclose this nonpublic personal information in accordance with this policy. 

·  To disclose information on member accounts only to the primary and joint account owners, unless upon receipt of written permission directing otherwise.  This practice and procedure is the same and continues for those who cease to be members. 

·  To protect member personal information.  CINCO will maintain security controls that ensure the protection of member information in our files and computers.  Where appropriate, we will employ security coding techniques that protect against unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality. 

·  To obtain only nonpublic personal information from our members that is necessary to open an account or apply for a loan, e.g., information provided on membership or credit applications. 

·  To restrict access to nonpublic personal information about members to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to members.  CINCO maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard member nonpublic personal information. 

·  To provide members with access to their own information.  CINCO members will have the opportunity to review their information and make necessary changes to ensure that our records are complete and accurate. 

·  To disclose only nonpublic personal information to affiliates or nonaffiliates or nonaffiliated third parties who are indispensable to the services we provide.  The categories of nonpublic personal information that would be provided include members' names, addresses and ages.  The categories of nonaffiliated third parties include financial service providers. 

· To share information only when absolutely necessary, to administer the products and services we provide, when required to do so by the government, or when we partner with another business to offer a broader array of products and services. 

· To partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements.  The businesses we select will offer products designed to enhance our members' economic well-being.  Under no circumstances will we authorize these firms to charge member accounts without a member's express consent, and we will not sell member information to telemarketing firms. 

WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR MEMBERS AND FORMER MEMBERS TO ANYONE, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY LAW.
